- Dit apparaat verhoogt de efficiency en de productiviteit. Grote hoeveelheden papieren documenten converteren naar digitale bestanden, om deze snel te delen en op te halen. Scannen naar e-mail, netwerkmap, fax en printer met een snelheid van maximaal 51 afbeeldingen per minuut.
- Het apparaat is eenvoudig te gebruiken, te installeren en te beheren. Gebruiksvriendelijk touchscreenpaneel en configureerbare menutoetsen of een apart toetsenbord om handig door de functies te navigeren. Tekstherkenningssoftware (OCR) om de zoekmogelijkheden te verfijnen.
- Met de knop voor veilig verzenden worden data via een veilig kanaal verzonden naar een server die de HP DSS 4.0 software ondersteunt. Authenticatie verifieert de identiteit van de afzender, encryptie beveiligt bestanden en de vaste schijf van het apparaat kan worden gewist.
